As a Recruiter at Build IT Consulting, you will play a crucial role in finding top talent to help our company achieve its goals. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and make a real impact on the success of our organization.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding
- Utilize HRIS and ATS systems to track and manage candidate information
- Conduct new hire training and orientation programs
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
- Participate in performance management and resolution processes
Required Skills:
- Experience in talent acquisition and staffing
- Knowledge of employment law and regulations
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Ability to conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications
- Experience with onboarding and new hire processes
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with acquisitions and business administration
- Knowledge of payroll, auditing, and reimbursement processes
- Experience with AI technology and strategy development
Salary and Benefits:
Minimum Salary: $35,000.00
Maximum Salary: $225,000.00
