Mental Health Therapist

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, including DSM-5 risk assessments, and create individualized treatment plans. Deliver outpatient mental health and substance use services through individual, couples, family, group, and crisis counseling. Apply evidence-based practices aligned with Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic (CCBHC) standards. Collaborate with Arukah’s integrative care team and participate in supervision, training, and professional development. Maintain professional accountability, contribute as a team member, and perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications: Master’s degree in a behavioral/social science field from an accredited college or universityrequired. LSW/LCSW or LCP/LCPC licensure in the state of Illinois (preferred). Formal training and experience in addiction counseling, suicide prevention, and/or trauma informed care desired.
