Cleveland YMCA is seeking a Swim Instructor to plan and deliver effective swim instruction for members and non-members. The ideal candidate should have experience in an aquatic environment, demonstrate commitment to the Y’s mission, and maintain a safe and engaging class atmosphere. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, the ability to evaluate swimming skills, and knowledge of pool safety procedures.
