We're looking for a motivated Assistant Store Manager to help run our store and grow with us.The RoleAs Assistant Store Manager, you'll work alongside the Store Manager to keep daily operations running smoothly, lead and motivate the team, and make sure every customer leaves happy. You'll step up as the manager on duty when the Store Manager is away.What You'll DoLead shifts and support the team through busy periodsTrain, coach, and motivate team members to deliver excellent servicePrepare drinks to Juicekeys recipes and quality standardsManage inventory, ordering, and receiving to keep produce fresh and waste lowHelp create schedules and cover shifts as neededHandle opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reportsMaintain a clean, organized, food-safe store that meets all health and safety standardsResolve customer concerns quickly and professionallySupport local marketing, promotions, and community eventsHelp the Store Manager hit sales, labor, and customer satisfaction goalsWhat We're Looking For1-2 years of experience in food service, retail, or hospitality, including some leadership experienceStrong communication and team-building skillsComfortable in a fast-paced environment and able to stay calm under pressureReliable, organized, and detail-orientedBasic math and POS skillsFood handler certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidaysAble to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbsNice to HaveExperience in a juice bar, café, or health and wellness settingKnowledge of fruits, vegetables, and nutrition basicsExperience with inventory management or scheduling softwareWhat We OfferDiscounted juices and smoothiesPaid training and a clear path to advancementA fun, supportive team cultureJuicekeys is an equal opportunity employer.
