Provide direct patient care services, including vital signs monitoring, wound care, and medication administration, under the supervision of a licensed nurse

Develop and implement comprehensive care plans, in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members, to meet the unique needs of each resident

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and staff development programs to continually improve patient outcomes and staff performance

Demonstrate a strong commitment to patient-centered care, empathy, and compassion, while maintaining a clean and organized work environment

Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care

Current LPN licensure in the State of New Jersey

Graduation from an accredited LPN program

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and responsibilities
