HP Retail Sales Representative

Overview Job Type: Regular WorkLocation: BestBuy1148 - Rogers,AR72758Pay:$16.00perhourSchedule:Up to15hoursperweek (Saturday and Sunday preferred, flexible Friday options may be available) Responsibilities Demonstrate HP products at BestBuy and surrounding office‑supply stores. Engage and build rapport with customers to create a memorable experience. Maintain professional relationships with store management and staff. Train retail store associates on HP products and services. Maintain displays for cleanliness, functionality, and demo readiness. Report sales and competitive insights to Retail Operations. Sell products and services in store, kiosk, and/or event environments. Welcome customers courteously and direct them to displays. Assess customer needs and suggest appropriate products. Advise customers by providing information on products and services. Help customers make selections by building confidence. Accurately document and report sales. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results. Keep workstation/kiosk clean, well‑organized, functional, and presentable. Submit all paperwork completely and accurately. Meet or exceed personal sales goals on a monthly basis. Ensure regular and prompt attendance. Maintain customer confidentiality. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Six (6) months prior sales, retail, telecom, or marketing experience. Demonstrated knowledge of HP products and services. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Problem‑solving ability and a tech‑savvy mindset. Outgoing personality and eagerness to learn. Experience in retail or customer service in electronics, tech, or wireless is a plus. Training or product‑demonstration experience is a plus. Impeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfaction. Ability to multi‑task in a fast‑paced, team environment. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. Ability to maintain customer confidentiality. One year of job experience required. Benefits Stable, weekly schedule.
