Shifts will be 12 hours during the night. The schedule consists of four shifts per week. There is a weekend requirement of every other weekend. Holidays may also be required. Floating may occur as needed within the skill set. Assigned to a primary unit but may float as census dictates. Candidates must have experience in a Telemetry setting. The position requires effective communication and assessment skills. The RN will be responsible for monitoring patients' vital signs and status. This includes performing assessments and providing patient care. Collaboration with other healthcare team members is essential. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required for this role.
