What You'll Do
- Review and evaluate applications for personal lines coverage
- Assess risk and determine appropriate policy terms
- Work closely with agents, clients, and internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and underwriting files
- Support overall office operations and customer service needs
- Personal lines underwriting experience (retail preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and decision-making skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
