As a Residential HVAC Installer at AA Service Co., you will play a vital role in our mission to provide superior HVAC installations for our residential customers. Working in a crew of two, alongside an Install Apprentice, you will be responsible for safely and efficiently installing HVAC systems while upholding the highest standards of craftsmanship and customer service. Maintain a consistently high level of installation quality, as evaluated through post-installation inspections and customer feedback. Achieve a first-time installation success rate as established by the Installation Manager, ensuring minimal revisits or callbacks due to installation-related issues. Provide effective mentorship and guidance to the Install Apprentice, contributing to their skill development and ensuring a positive learning experience. Demonstrate excellent communication skills when interacting with customers during installations. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor while representing AA Service Co. during installations, earning high marks for professionalism from customers. Maintain accurate and complete documentation of installation details, equipment used, and any modifications in Service Titan. Monitor and track the progress of the Install Apprentice, providing regular feedback and opportunities for growth and skill advancement.
