• Photograph and document display conditions, identify opportunities, communicate recommendations, and follow up with store teams and internal contacts.

50% — In-Store Bakery Production, Decorating & Training

• Assist retail bakery associates with hands-on product preparation, proofing, baking, cooling, packaging, and finishing according to product specifications.
• Perform and demonstrate cake decorating, including icing, borders, basic piping, writing, finishing, and presentation standards as appropriate to store needs.
• Train bakery staff on consistent baking procedures, decorating techniques, product handling, portioning, packaging, and efficient work methods.
• Support freshness, product quality, appropriate temperatures, inventory rotation, and shrink reduction; remove expired or damaged product.
• Help bakery teams keep workstations, equipment, storage areas, and sales displays clean, organized, and food-safe.
• Provide practical assistance during new product launches, seasonal programs, bakery resets, and high-volume production periods.
