Pre-Fab Associate

Job Summary Under direct supervision, assists in Pre‑Fab shop with assembling components, testing, receiving and shipping products, and keeping the shop clean and organized. Loads and unloads materials; delivers equipment to job sites. Reads and understands prefabrication prints. Performs simple conduit bending and assembly. Pre‑fabricates panelboards, switchboards, and transformers/connections. Complies with all company and customer safety policies and procedures. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. OSHA 10‑hour certification or ability to obtain. Prior mechanical, farming, or commercial electrical experience is a plus. Successfully passes pre‑employment background check, drug test, and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
