Entry-Level Donor Engagement Representative
We are hiring Entry-Level Donor Engagement Representatives to join our fundraising and event marketing team. This is a great opportunity for motivated individuals looking to build a career in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, community outreach, and customer engagement.
No prior experience is required. We provide paid training, mentorship, and professional development for individuals who are eager to learn, grow, and make a positive impact.
About the Role
As a Donor Engagement Representative, you will support nonprofit fundraising campaigns through live events, community outreach, and face-to-face engagement with donors, supporters, and community members.
You will gain experience in:
- Donor relations and fundraising outreach

Key Responsibilities
- Engage with community members and potential donors at events and outreach campaigns
- Represent nonprofit organizations in a professional and enthusiastic manner
- Educate the public about campaign missions and fundraising initiatives
- Support donor acquisition and engagement efforts
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and campaign activity
- Collaborate with team members to achieve fundraising goals

Qualifications
We are looking for candidates who are:
- 18+ years old and authorized to work in the United States
- Strong communicators with a friendly and outgoing personality
- Motivated, dependable, and eager to learn

- Goal-oriented with a desire for career growth
No fundraising, sales, or marketing experience required — full training provided. Ideal candidates include:
