• Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm -- no weekends or on-call
• 40 hours per week -- 8-hour shifts
• 30 units per week productivity expectation
• Home health setting -- adult patient population
• Home health experience required
• EMR: HCHB
• 13-week assignment
