Warehouse Manager (Night Shift)

Days Working: Sunday - Thursday (Friday coverage as needed) Days Off: Friday & Saturday This is a hands on, working manager position! This position will report up to the General Manager and is responsible for supervising a group of warehouse employees. Assigning tasks as necessary to ensure that work is complete and proper usage of available resources. This role will assist in shipping/receiving, loading and unloading of trucks, and checking-in merchandise. The ideal candidate will have previous warehouse supervisory experience, collaborate effectively and professionally with the team, and will lead by example. What we look for: High school diploma or GED preferred with 2-4 years of related experience Previous Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience required 3+ years of management experience is preferred Must be a self-directed individual with the ability to read and interpret company documents, maintenance instructions and procedure manuals Must have the ability to perform basic math calculations and work in a fast paced and rapidly growing distribution environment Obtain licensure to operate warehouse equipment within the first 30 days What you'll do: SAFETY FIRST. Must be able to safely operate warehouse equipment at all times and follow all safety guidelines Interview potential new team members and manage a team of warehouse employees Must be willing to adjust work schedule as needed. Responsible for maintaining a warehouse that is accessible and safe for company personnel and LFF visitors Responsible for reading pick tickets and/or requisitions to select and assemble product for customer orders. Implement established food safety practices throughout all warehouse employees Required to stand and walk for extended periods, to push/pull, lift/carry, or exert force of up to 75 lbs. or more Implement processes and procedures and hold employees accountable to follow them.
