Home Infusion Nurse — In-Home Care Specialist

Option Care Health is seeking an Infusion Nurse II to coordinate and provide intermediate direct patient care in the home or alternate infusion suite, under physician plan of care. You will work under supervision to ensure patient safety and continuity of care.
