About the Role

Judith Ruth Medical Center LLC is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our growing healthcare team in Lithia Springs, Georgia. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care in a collaborative and supportive clinical environment while making a meaningful impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, physical exams, and health histories.
• Diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions using evidence-based practices.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Prescribe medications and therapies in accordance with Georgia and federal regulations.
• Order and interpret laboratory tests, diagnostic studies, and imaging.
• Educate patients on disease prevention, chronic disease management, wellness, and healthy lifestyle choices.
• Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Maintain accurate and compliant documentation in the Electronic Health Record (EHR).
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and deliver compassionate, culturally competent care.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Georgia Nurse Practitioner (NP) license .
• MSN or DNP from an accredited program.
• National board certification (FNP-C, ANP-C, AGNP, or equivalent).
• Must be credentialed and enrolled with Medicare and Georgia Medicaid.
• Valid DEA registration and prescriptive authority in Georgia.
• Primary Care, Family Medicine, Urgent Care, or Internal Medicine experience is a plus.
• CCM/RPM is a plus.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, communication, and critical-thinking skills.
• Proficiency with EHR systems.
• Current BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
