Operating Room Assistant Nurse Manager - Sacramento
We are seeking an engaged and visible OR Assistant Nurse Manager for a hospital in the Sacramento Area. This permanent leadership role offers the opportunity to oversee the main OR .
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic and operational leadership for the periop department.
- Champion quality improvement, infection prevention, and regulatory compliance across all perioperative areas.
- Lead department planning, budgeting, staffing, and development to support organizational goals and community needs.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Registered Nurse with an active CA RN license
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing required
- Minimum of 2 years of staff Operating Room experience and 1 year of leadership experience
- Strong knowledge of unions and regulatory requirements
- Proven success in leading multidisciplinary teams, building strong provider relationships, and driving measurable outcomes
