WHAT'S THE SCOPE?
Pay : We offer our full-time or part-time Front Counter Barista a competitive wage of $12 per hour plus tips averaging up to $12 per hour , giving you the opportunity to earn approximately $24 per hour in total compensation .

Schedule : This position offers full-time or part-time hours with flexible scheduling, and shifts occur during business hours, typically including Saturdays and Sundays from 7 AM to 4 PM and Mondays from 6 AM to 4 PM .
YOUR CONTRIBUTIONS MATTER
As our Front Counter Barista, you'll be one of the first faces guests see when they walk through the door. You'll prepare handcrafted hot and iced coffee and tea beverages, operate professional espresso equipment, take orders, serve customers with a warm and friendly attitude, and help maintain a clean, organized workstation.
WHAT'S REQUIRED?
- 18+ years old
- 1+ year of of barista experience
- Willingness to cross-train and assist with other positions as needed
Candidates who are 21+ years old, have full-time availability, and are available to work weekends are strongly preferred.
