Responsibilities Licensing Coordination: Review and submit licensing applications for financial representatives. Process renewals and terminations for financial representatives. Communication & Support: Respond to licensing inquiries via phone, email, and other channels. Collaborate with onboarding and financing teams to ensure smooth transitions. Documentation & Compliance: Maintain up-to-date procedure manuals and electronic records. Track and process licensing-related payments and documentation. Reporting & Administration: Prepare reports and correspondence for department leadership. What we need High School Diploma required. 1+ year of experience in licensing, compliance, or administrative support. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. What we offer Pay: The hourly pay for this position is $19.00. The specific rate will depend on the successful candidate’s qualifications and prior experience. Work Arrangements: This is a full-time hybrid, hourly position: 37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day), Monday- Friday, with flexible start time between 7 a.m.-9 a.m. Hybrid positions require on-site presence at least three days in the office per week, with remaining days from home.
