Learning & Development Outreach Coordinator VISTA

The Learning & Development department is seeking a passionate and community-minded AmeriCorps VISTA member to serve as our Outreach Coordinator. In this role, you’ll build sustainable outreach systems, strengthen partnerships with schools and employers, and increase awareness of training and career pathways that support economic opportunity. Through your service, you’ll help create lasting impact by connecting individuals with the resources they need to achieve stability, pursue higher education, and thrive in the workforce. Responsibilities The Learning & Development (L&D) Outreach Coordinator VISTA will build the department’s capacity to connect community members with education and workforce opportunities that promote economic opportunity. Guided by L&D’s mission to expand the idea of what’s possible, the VISTA will strengthen outreach systems, develop sustainable partnerships, and increase awareness of training and career pathways. Through these efforts, the position will help reduce barriers to employment and education.
