We seek a Client Service Associate to support our growing business. Ideal candidates will have experience in a financial services environment and a passion for delivering outstanding client service. Responsibilities include: Providing operational support and data entry for onboarding clients and processing ongoing activities Working with various client types including retail investors, broker-dealer platforms, institutions, and advisors Supporting client communication via team email to ensure high-quality service Reviewing and responding to reconciliation items Contacting custodians for service-related matters and paperwork generation Required Skills: High attention to detail Organizational and prioritization skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Internal Notes
