The patient-to-nurse ratio is 1:2. Staff includes RNs, a unit secretary, and OR techs. Documentation is done using CPN and Meditach systems. Shifts consist of 3 weekend shifts and 1 call shift for RNs. Floating policy indicates that travelers will float first as needed. Candidates must possess required certifications listed above. Key procedures performed on the unit include vaginal deliveries, C-sections, D&Cs, cerclage, and administering epidural anesthesia. Scrubs must be provided by the employee, with acceptable colors being Ceil Blue, Navy Blue, or Gray.
