HVAC Service Technician

 

Pay: $30–$45/hour

Schedule: Full-Time | Year-Round Work

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As a Residential HVAC Service Technician , you'll be responsible for delivering expert service and repairs while providing homeowners with an outstanding customer experience.

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems, including furnaces, heat pumps, and air conditioners.
• Evaluate and recommend Indoor Air Quality (IAQ) solutions , including air filtration, purification, humidity control, and other products that improve indoor comfort and air quality.
• Indoor Air Quality awarness  (IAQ)
• Perform preventative maintenance and routine service to ensure optimal system performance.
• Identify equipment issues and recommend effective repair or replacement solutions.
• Complete all work in compliance with company standards, manufacturer specifications, and local codes.
• Clearly explain system conditions, repair options, and recommendations to homeowners.
• Deliver professional, high-quality customer service on every service call.

Qualifications

What You Need

• 3+ years of residential HVAC experience

• EPA certification (or ability to obtain)

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record

• Must pass background check and drug screening

• Ability to work in attics, crawlspaces, and lift heavy HVAC equipment
