Strategic Rural Health Product Manager

Hopscotch Primary Care is seeking a strategic and execution-oriented Manager of Product Management to shape our product roadmap and drive outcomes in rural U.S. healthcare.

You will own insights across care delivery and align initiatives with measurable impact on quality, patient experience, and business performance. You will collaborate with care teams, engineering, and analytics to translate stakeholder needs into scalable product solutions, define success metrics, and communicate tradeoffs.
