For more information on what we are about as a company, check us out by following the link below: Job Summary Summary: The role of the Premium Supervisor is to ensure all events are produced to the client’s specifications and executed to company standards—with care, precision, and a commitment to exceptional service. This role is not just about operations; it's about creating memorable experiences and bringing people together through thoughtful hospitality. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Attend BEO meetings that correlate with working events Review week-of rentals attentively Print menu signage and menu cards Serve as the point person for client, event planners, and vendors on the day of the event—pre, during, and post Double-check all rentals and test equipment prior to event Act as point person with Chef for any food-related needs, questions, or issues Request fresh produce for bar or product needs from Chef in a timely manner Motivate staff to work as a team, supporting each other in a professional, helpful, and fair manner Ensure proper clock in/out and breaks for event staff and Temp staff Conduct final walkthrough post-event to ensure nothing is left behind and the venue is clean Ensure all Levy furniture is clean, in working condition, and returned to its proper storage location Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull up to 50 lbs as needed Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, or climb Ability to transition between sitting and standing positions frequently throughout a shift Qualifications At least 2 years of foodservice or hospitality experience, preferably in high-end catering or premium service. Must possess, or be willing to obtain prior to first day of work: California Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification and California Servesafe Food Handler’s Card. Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal skills, balanced with the ability to remain professional with high-profile guests Apply to Levy today!
