NOW HIRING: Experienced Leasing Consultant
St. Petersburg, FL
We're looking for an Experienced Leasing Consultant to join a thriving apartment community in St. Petersburg, FL!
Requirements:
- MUST have previous apartment leasing experience
- Weekend availability is REQUIRED
- Experience with Yardi, OneSite, ResMan, or other property management software is a plus
- Excellent customer service and sales skills
- Professional appearance and strong communication skills
- Reliable transportation
Responsibilities:
- Conduct apartment tours and lease available units
- Process rental applications and lease agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective residents
- Answer phones and respond to leasing inquiries
- Assist with resident retention and lease renewals
- Maintain accurate leasing records and reports
