Position:  General Production
Pay Range: 20/HR
Location:  Swanzey, NH

Job Description
We are looking for a General Production Worker to support daily operations in a precast concrete manufacturing facility. This role involves working as part of a team to produce high-quality concrete products while maintaining a safe and efficient work environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Assist with preparing molds, forms, and materials for concrete production
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete according to specifications
• Operate basic hand tools and production equipment
• Perform quality checks to ensure products meet standards
• Clean and maintain work areas, tools, and equipment
• Follow safety procedures and support a clean, organized workspace
• Assist with loading, moving, and staging materials or finished products

Qualifications

• Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs
• Willingness to work in a manufacturing or outdoor environment
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well in a team
• Previous manufacturing or construction experience is a plus but not required

Pay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hour
