Position Overview

\n

Delta Light Group North America is seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Senior Graphic Designer to support marketing initiatives across its family of brands. This role is responsible for developing and executing compelling visual communications that support product launches, brand awareness, sales enablement, and broader marketing objectives across print and digital channels.

\n

The Senior Graphic Designer will lead the design process from concept through final production, translating marketing strategies and product information into engaging, on-brand creative assets.

Key Responsibilities

\n

Product Launches & Marketing

\n

\n
• Lead the design and execution of creative assets supporting new product launches including:
\n
• Email campaigns, brochures and presentations, specification sheets, email signature banners, and agent toolkits.
\n
• Create supporting digital assets and coordinate general website updates (hero image updates, uploading spec sheets).
\n
• Ensure all launch materials align with brand standards, product positioning, and marketing objectives.
\n
• Design high-quality print and digital collateral, including trade show displays, web graphics, and promotional materials.
\n
• Maintain brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints and the Delta Light Group North America family of brands.
\n
• Prepare final artwork and production-ready files for digital distribution and print vendors.
\n

Digital Marketing & Communications

\n

\n
• Creation of monthly internal newsletters within the company’s CRM platform.
\n
• Work with Social Media expert to create and schedule social media content using SocialPilot, ensuring consistency in brand voice, visual identity, and messaging.
\n

\n

\n

Collaboration & Project Management

\n

\n
• Partner with project stakeholders to understand objectives, establish creative direction, and deliver effective marketing solutions.
\n
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines and ensuring accuracy and quality throughout the design process.
\n
• Coordinate with external vendors for tradeshow banners, business cards, etc.
\n
• Review and proof creative deliverables to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.

Creative Leadership & Mentorship

\n

\n
• Mentor and support a junior designer, providing creative direction, constructive feedback, and guidance on design execution.
\n

\n

\n

Qualifications

\n

\n
• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
\n
• 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a corporate marketing, product-driven, or brand-focused environment.
\n
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both print and digital design, brand development, and marketing communications.
\n
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
\n
• Familiarity with social media management tools such as SocialPilot and website content management systems.
\n
• Experience creating presentations, product marketing materials, technical specification sheets, and sales support collateral.
\n
• Strong project management, organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
\n
• Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to provide creative feedback, mentor junior team members, and collaborate effectively across departments.

Preferred (but not required) Qualifications

\n

\n
• Experience in lighting, architecture, interior design or a related design-focused industry.
\n
• Familiarity with product launches, agent or distributor marketing programs, and trade show design.
\n
• Experience with video editing and multimedia content production.
\n
• Understanding of digital marketing best practices, email campaign design, and website content optimization.
\n
• Experience developing email marketing campaigns and working within CRM platforms.
