Job Details Restaurant Management Position – Full‑Time – Date Posted: 07/09/2026 – Location: 4301 Denny Ave., Pascagoula, MS 39581, United States – Job ID: 744000136888119 Position Overview The Assistant Restaurant Leader supports the Restaurant Leader in the day‑to‑day operations of the restaurant and upholds Raising Cane’s standards and culture. Responsibilities Hires and terminates all hourly, non‑management crewmembers. Owns onboarding, status change, and payroll processes for all hourly crewmembers. Creates crewmember work and training schedules. Manages performance of all hourly crewmembers (development, coaching, redirective communication, documentation). Acts as manager on duty and opens and closes the restaurant. Manages cash handling and ensures accountability. Enforces Raising Cane’s policies and standards. Executes shift management meetings and ensures safety standards. Uses required tools, forms and logs to support shift execution and document results. Deploys crewmembers during a shift. Provides exemplary customer service. Utilizes reward and recognition program for crewmembers. Authorizes employee functions requiring manager approval (e.g., discounts, promotions, time‑clock overrides). Ensures cleanliness of the restaurant and that the facility is in good working order. Completes other duties as assigned. Qualifications Detail‑oriented, organized, able to manage multiple priorities that may change constantly. Self‑driven, flexible, highly energetic with strong analytical, written, and verbal communication skills. Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively. Strong problem‑solving skills: able to recognize, analyze, set goals, create plans, and convert plans into action. Proficient in a variety of technology systems, including Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and able to learn new systems quickly. Able to work a variety of shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and travel as needed for work‑related functions and training. 3+ years of restaurant or retail management experience. New restaurant opening experience preferred. Must be 18 years of age or older. High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred. Possess a valid driver’s license.
