Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master to lead Agile teams, facilitate Scrum practices, remove impediments, and drive continuous improvement in a complex enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Scaled Agile, stakeholder management, team coaching, and Agile metrics .

Must-Haves:

• Strong experience as a Scrum Master with excellent knowledge of Scrum and Agile practices.
• Experience with Scaled Agile / enterprise Agile environments .
• Strong facilitation, communication, conflict resolution, and consensus-building skills.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with diverse, geographically distributed teams .
• Experience using metrics and data-driven approaches to improve team performance.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• CSM/CSPO or PMI-ACP certification preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and coach teams on Agile principles.
• Remove impediments and resolve conflicts to improve delivery.
• Partner with Product Owners, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Promote continuous improvement and Agile maturity.
• Establish and monitor meaningful team metrics.
• Drive effective iterative development and product delivery.
