What You Will Do The Cost & Schedule Engineer develops cost estimates and integrated schedules to support project planning and execution. This role requires strong analytical skills and collaboration with project teams to align scope, cost, and schedule. Responsibilities include early-stage estimating, validating cost drivers, and supporting risk, benchmarking, and execution strategies.
ExxonMobil Global Projects is seeking engineers with 5-15 years of experience to support large-scale capital projects. Candidates should have strong estimating expertise, understand the owner's perspective, and be able to deliver cost-competitive, executable project plans in a global, team-oriented environment. About Houston:
ExxonMobil's state-of-the-art campus north of Houston serves as home to its Upstream, Product Solutions and Low Carbon Solutions businesses and their associated service groups. The facility opened in 2014 and accommodates more than 10,000 employees and visitors. By bringing many global functional groups together, the campus provides employees with the tools and capabilities needed today, and in the future, to achieve business objectives and accelerate the discovery of new resources, technologies and products. - Engineering degree requiredDemonstrated technical and/or leadership capability
- Strong communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze and discuss complex concepts effectively
