Key Responsibilities of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Provide nursing care to the general long-term population and rehab wing
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Document care and treatment plans in the Point Click Care (PCC) EMR system
• Participate in first shift orientation with another nurse

Requirements of the RN - Long Term Care - Travel

• Current RN license
• BLS Certification
• BSN required
• Experience in long-term care settings
