As a Customer Success Representative, you will champion customer outcomes through training, onboarding, and ongoing communication and use these experiences to create retention strategies. Candidates hired into this role must be willing to work onsite full-time. Compensation This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Employees in this role are eligible for overtime pay for hours worked beyond 40 in a workweek.
