College Brand Ambassador --  Jovie | Part-Time | Flexible Around Your Class Schedule
Love meeting people? Know a lot of students on campus? Looking for a flexible way to make some extra money? Jovie is looking for College Brand Ambassadors to help us find awesome college students who would make great childcare providers.
What You'll Do
Think of yourself as Jovie's person on campus.
You'll:

• Talk to friends, classmates, and other students about working with Jovie
• Share Jovie job opportunities and application links
• Connect with a few student organizations, clubs, or campus groups
• Help get Jovie in front of students through campus job boards, social channels, or approved events
• Send interested students to our Recruiting team
• Follow up with people who are interested and encourage them to apply
• Come up with ideas for reaching students on your campus

You do NOT need to be a recruiter. We're looking for someone who knows their campus, knows people, and isn't afraid to start a conversation.

⏰ How Much Time?
Part-time with flexible hours.

We'll work with you to set a reasonable number of paid hours each week that fit around your class schedule.

Your time will be focused on the recruiting activities that actually work—not handing out flyers just to check a box.

If something isn't producing candidates, we'll try something else.

What Does Success Look Like?
It's pretty simple:  Meet great people → Get them interested → Get them to apply → Help us hire great caregivers.

We'll track things like:

• Qualified applicants you bring in
• Interviews
• Hires
• Referrals
• Which campus activities are actually working

We're more interested in quality candidates than how many flyers you hand out.

• Are currently a college student
• Enjoy meeting and talking to people
• Know your campus and student community
• Are outgoing, friendly, and approachable
• Can work independently
• Are organized and reliable
• Like helping people find opportunities
• Have an interest in working with children
• No recruiting experience required!
