Mobile HVAC Technician

Our client, a leading organization in facility maintenance and operational support, is seeking a Mobile HVAC Technician to join their team. As a Mobile HVAC Technician, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the Facilities Operations team. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, a proactive attitude, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Mobile HVAC Technician

Location: Lewiston, ID

Pay Rate: $30/hr

What's the Job?

• Support operation, inspection, and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in assigned facilities

• Assist in maintenance and repair efforts, performing defined tasks independently

• Conduct inspections and repairs to interior and exterior property areas, including lighting, roofing, fixtures, and flooring

• Maintain lighting systems, including bulbs and ballasts

• Perform minor plumbing repairs and general interior maintenance tasks such as hanging pictures and repairing furniture

What's Needed?

• At least 3+ years of experience in building repair and maintenance, including basic plumbing and electrical work

• Valid state driver's license

• Experience with CMMS software such as Corrigo or similar systems is highly beneficial

• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs., climb ladders up to 30 ft., and work in various physical positions

• Excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written
