Pharmaceutical Field Sales Representative

Inizio Engage is building a nationwide team of field based Pharmaceutical Sales Representatives. This is an excellent entry‑level role in the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries. The team will be dedicated to providing services to Inizio’s client, Pfizer. Responsibilities Provide high‑level support to physicians about COVID‑19 risk factors, disease progression, and treatment options. Educate identified targets on patient identification and ensure customer preparedness. Build working relationships with customers through regular calls and ongoing contact as defined in the Field Pharmaceutical Sales Contracted Team Statement of Work. Collaborate closely with customer‑facing colleagues to align goals and coordinate efforts across channels and field deployments. Understand the customer and market landscape within assigned geographies, prioritize opportunities, and develop and implement a plan of action designed to maximize local sales impact. Operate in a high‑collaboration team culture that encourages ideas. Engage HCPs by probing, answering questions (e.g., drug‑to‑drug interaction management, eligibility for treatment), and maintaining an expert understanding of the product, patient education, and market influences. Maintain an in‑depth knowledge of related disease states, market dynamics, quality programs, health information technology, care trends, and account‑specific considerations to add value during customer engagement. Implement the strategic call plan to exceed goals for assigned geographies. Analyze customer interactions and data to tailor a unique sales approach for each target office. Prioritize local opportunities across channels and develop/implement the strategy for targeted accounts. Guide the retail pharmacy interface at the local level to further sales efforts. Employ interaction techniques including pre‑call planning, opening, presentation focus, productive questions, issue identification, and call summary. Customize delivery of sales messages to align with known customer needs. Share information on approved support resources. Complete all call reporting and inventory recording responsibilities following current procedures. Balance study and certification time during off‑territory hours to learn medical, product, and policy information, and maintain supplies, equipment, and records. Prepare for and participate in all required sales conferences and training classes at local or remote locations. Complete all required compliance training within timelines set by the client. Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum 2 years of relevant experience such as pharmaceutical sales, medical/medical device sales, professional sales or promotional activity, small‑business ownership or other entrepreneurial experience, marketing, customer service, or account management. Educator experience (e.g., teacher, principal). Full‑time military experience. Must live within 25 miles of the territory border. Urgent Care setting experience. Willingness to travel. Valid U.S. driver’s license with a driving record in compliance with company standards. Benefits Competitive compensation.
