Part-time Primary Care Physician (20-24 hours per week) Bradenton, FL Our client is seeking a Part-time Primary Care Physician to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients while working both independently and collaboratively with other members of the healthcare team. This position requires strong diagnostic, assessment, and treatment skills as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Primary Care Physician duties and responsibilities include examining and diagnosing patients, ordering appropriate diagnostic tests, and prescribing medications. You will develop and manage treatment plans for patients, including preventive care and health maintenance. Additionally, you will educate patients and families about health issues, disease prevention, and medical treatments. Referrals to specialists and other healthcare professionals as needed, as well as communication with other healthcare providers to coordinate quality patient care, are also part of the role. Detailed medical records and documentation of patient care activities are essential. Schedule, compensation is a competitive salary plus bonuses in variation based on experience. Requirements include BC/BE in Primary Care or Family Medicine and a current Florida State Medical license or willingness to obtain.
