Job Title Document Imaging Specialist Job Description We are seeking a Document Imaging Specialist to join our team supporting DOI Data Management contracts in New Orleans, LA. Responsibilities Conducts a variety of technical and administrative tasks. Prepares documents for scanning. Scans documents and forms as directed. Inputs data into client systems. Performs quality control and quality assurance on images and data. Assist with preparing boxes for storage and shipment. Maintain accurate records inventory. Assist team on project tasks as needed. Maintains project files both manually and electronically. Completes project tasking and deliverables within established program deadlines and service level agreement. Required Qualifications Two years of experience in general office practices. Proficiency with word processing, spreadsheets, database, and other office software. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously. Attention to detail with a focus on quality. High School, Technical Certification, or Graduate of Technical/Trade School. Ability to achieve and maintain a DOI Public Trust. Additional Job Information Work environment and physical demands: Location: New Orleans, LA Type of environment: Office Noise level: Medium Work schedule: Schedule is day shift Monday Friday. May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs. Amount of Travel: Less than 10% Physical demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use hands to grip, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. The employee is regularly required to stand; walk; sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl. The employee is regularly required to lift up to 10 pounds. The employee is frequently required to lift up to 25 pounds; and up to 50 pounds. The vision requirements include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus. Work authorization/security clearance: Requires DOI Entrance on Duty (EOD) Wage information: Target hourly range: $24.00 - $30.00.
