Part-Time 1:1 Resident Companion
Wesley Village Macomb, IL
We are looking for a dependable, compassionate, and attentive 1:1 Sitter to join our team!
Schedule:
- 24 hours per week
- Midnight 8:00 AM
- Every other weekend
As a 1:1 Companion, you will provide continuous supervision and support to an assigned resident, helping maintain their safety, comfort, and well-being throughout the night.
What were looking for:
- Healthcare or caregiving experience preferred, but not required
- Dependable and punctual
- Patient and compassionate
- Must be able to remain awake, alert, and attentive for the entire overnight shift
- Comfortable working closely with elderly and our nursing team
- Committed to resident safety, dignity, and quality care
This position requires continuous observation, so the ability to stay awake and attentive throughout the entire shift is an essential job expectation.
