Job Details Job Location: New York, NY 10004 Position Type: Full Time Associate Product Manager Location: New York, NY or Remote Reports To: Senior Vice President, Data & Product Strategy The Role We’re looking for an Associate Product Manager to help build and scale a new client-facing software platform in the energy management space. This role is ideal for someone with 2–4 years of experience who enjoys solving complex problems and working across teams to deliver meaningful product outcomes. You’ll sit at the center of product, software engineering, and stakeholders—translating needs into action, keeping teams aligned, and helping us build products that genuinely work for the people who use them. Key Responsibilities Build & Ship Product Support product requirements, user stories, and feature development Organize and maintain documentation of product scopes, feature plans, timelines, and roadmaps Translate user and business needs into clear, actionable specs Act as a trusted resource for product knowledge across teams Help teams balance user experience, business priorities, and technical constraints Testing & Quality Own feature testing and validation ahead of releases, coordinating internal resources as testers where needed Identify and track bugs, edge cases, workflow issues, friction points, unmet needs, and opportunities for improvement #J-18808-Ljbffr Bright Power
