Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Analyzes performance to daily schedules or orders for production stability.

• Learns production processes to ensure correct sequencing and resource alignment.

• Identifies quality defect trends through root cause analysis and provides recommendations to reduce or eliminate defects.

• Provides recommendations on process improvements that reduce non-value added work to improve cost and flow.

• Builds disruption recovery plans using resource capacity and constraint analysis to return to baseline plan.

• Mitigates impacts to downstream work statement and major milestones.

• Applies lean methodologies to recommend process improvements.

• Develops visual tools to identify performance metrics and areas of opportunity.

• Collaborates with manufacturing, engineering, and production-supporting organizations.

• Conducts capacity planning and resource utilization analysis.

Requirements:

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).

• Bachelor's degree with emphasis in Finance, Business Administration, Business Management, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or Economics.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.

• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience working in an engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, or production environment.

• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience defining, developing, implementing, or improving production processes.

• Preferred: 1 or more years of experience working with Lean Manufacturing and knowledge of lean principles.

• Preferred: Experience developing and deploying standard processes.

• Preferred: Proficient in structured problem solving.

• Preferred: Experience with capacity planning and resource utilization.

• Preferred: Experience with supply chain planning and logistics.
