- Lead the effort to design and build user focused dashboards and reports using PowerBI
- Extensive experience in translating business requirements to KPI's required for dashboards and reports
- Experience in building wireframes and mockups for review with end users and ensure accuracy of dashboards built
- Experience in analyzing data sets, ETL and data warehousing solutions
- Experience in cloud data infrastructure (AWS or Azure)
- Experience in building insurance specific dashboards and reports is a plus
- Data visualization and reporting experience in Power BI is critical
- Knowledge of data integration, data management, data warehousing, SQL and data storage solutions is important
- Must have 10+ years of experience in BI space across various technologies
- Good communication skills and the ability to lead a BI team to drive delivery of reports and dashboards
