Call Center Specialist

Position Overview Sea Mar Community Health Centers is a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that serves diverse communities in Washington State. We are hiring a Full‑time Call Center Specialist for our White Center location near Seattle. Responsibilities Process inbound calls and greet patients and the public in a friendly, enthusiastic manner. Take and relay messages to the appropriate department. Make medical appointments and contact patients by phone on behalf of Sea Mar. Screen and assess incoming calls in a timely manner. Answer incoming telephone calls within three rings or less. Requirements and Qualifications Must be bilingual in English and Spanish. Demonstrated professionalism and willingness to help others at all times. Ability to make independent decisions quickly when necessary. Sound problem‑solving skills and ability to be diplomatic in the face of adversity. Demonstrated ability to multi‑task effectively and handle calls quickly and efficiently. Proficient in basic office software. Preferred certifications: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Medical Assistant. Mandatory COVID‑19 and flu vaccination required. Compensation and Benefits Hourly wage: $21.30 per hour. Full‑time employees working 30 hours or more receive a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, prescription coverage, life insurance, long‑term disability, EAP, paid time off starting at 24 days per year plus 10 paid holidays, and 401(k)/retirement options.
