Location: York, PA Schedule: This is a PRN position

Work Environment This role is based in a large manufacturing facility, where you will be instrumental in protecting the health of industrial athletes. The position involves wearing essential safety gear and working in a hands-on healthcare setting that requires adaptability and a proactive mindset.

Required Qualifications

• Current certification or licensure in your state
• CPR and First Aid certification
• 6 months to 1 year of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial healthcare
• Proficiency in administering immunizations
• Familiarity with workplace safety, health protocols, and OSHA regulations

Physical Demands

• Frequent standing, walking, and sitting
• Regular pinching, grasping, and gripping
• Reaching from floor to overhead
• Stooping and forward bending
• Occasional keyboard/computer work
• Ability to lift 3050 lbs. occasionally

Key Responsibilities

• Provide medical assistance for injuries or illnesses on the plant floor or in the clinic
• Conduct physicals for new hires
• Deliver wellness education and administer vaccines
• Support return-to-work processes, including UDS and BAT testing
• Perform charting, inventory management, and interdepartmental communication
