Supervisor/a de Ventas

Buscamos un/a Supervisor de Ventas para liderar un equipo comercial en terreno y contribuir al crecimiento del negocio con foco en resultados, disciplina operativa y cercanía con el mercado. Role Overview En este rol serás responsable de conducir y acompañar al equipo de ventas en campo, asegurando una ejecución comercial consistente, seguimiento de metas y una gestión basada en información. Tu trabajo será clave para fortalecer la presencia de ADT en el mercado, desarrollar al equipo y convertir oportunidades comerciales en resultados sostenibles. Key Responsibilities Liderar y dar seguimiento al equipo de ventas en terreno, asegurando enfoque, ritmo comercial y cumplimiento de objetivos. Diseñar e implementar estrategias comerciales para aumentar la presencia de la marca en el mercado. Monitorear resultados del equipo y preparar planes de acción diarios, semanales y mensuales. Analizar información comercial y traducirla en decisiones prácticas para mejorar desempeño y conversión. Acompañar al equipo en la operación diaria, reforzando técnicas de venta, disciplina y calidad de ejecución. Impulsar el desarrollo del equipo a través de retroalimentación, seguimiento y orientación constante. Colaborar con otras áreas para asegurar una gestión comercial alineada con los objetivos del negocio. How You Will Do It Estarás cerca de la operación diaria, acompañando al equipo en campo y ayudando a remover obstáculos para que pueda vender con foco. Darás seguimiento a indicadores de desempeño y convertirás los datos en acciones concretas y oportunas. Trabajarás con disciplina comercial, manteniendo planes de trabajo claros para el día, la semana y el mes. Impulsarás una comunicación directa, constructiva y orientada a soluciones para fortalecer al equipo. Promoverás colaboración y confianza, asegurando que las prioridades comerciales se ejecuten con consistencia. Qualifications Experiencia mínima de 2 años en gestión efectiva de equipos comerciales. Experiencia liderando equipos de ventas en terreno o en roles comerciales de campo. Experiencia en ventas telefónicas y seguimiento comercial. Capacidad para analizar información comercial y presentar hallazgos de forma clara y accionable. Habilidad para planificar, dar seguimiento y asegurar el cumplimiento de metas. Licenciatura concluida. Comunicación efectiva, liderazgo y orientación a resultados. Nice to Have Experiencia en empresas multinivel, aseguradoras o negocios con alta exigencia comercial. Conocimiento en estudios de mercado y análisis de comportamiento del cliente. Experiencia desarrollando equipos comerciales con enfoque en coaching y mejora continua.
