In this role, you will take full responsibility for managing tenders from initial enquiry through to final submission. You will work autonomously, leading the estimating function, liaising with subcontractors, attending site visits, and supporting the wider team. You will also play a key role in mentoring a junior estimator and helping shape the department moving forward. With that, the ideal candidate will have strong UK construction estimating experience, be confident managing tenders independently, and have a proactive, self-sufficient approach.
