Represent OneApp at 10–15+ trade shows, conferences, and regional expos annually Engage attendees proactively Capture and qualify leads accurately Execute booth setup, breakdown, and presentation with care Manage pre-event coordination for your assigned events Order, track, and manage event materials Coordinate shipping of materials to events Support pre-event communications Compile post-event recaps Requirements 6 months – 2 years of experience in a customer-facing, event, field marketing, sales support, or brand-representative context Genuine comfort engaging strangers in conversation Strong organizational instincts Reliability and follow-through Comfortable with heavy travel (40–60%+ of the time) Genuine connection to the mission Based in or willing to relocate to Portland, OR (no relocation assistance offered) Familiarity with the multifamily housing industry, property management, or proptech (preferred) Experience using a CRM or lead capture tool (HubSpot, Salesforce, event apps, etc.) (preferred) Comfort with basic content capture (preferred) Experience managing physical inventory, shipping coordination, or supply logistics (preferred) Bilingual (English/Spanish) (preferred) Core Competencies Demonstrates strong organizational skills and reliability in managing event logistics, including setup, breakdown, and material coordination.
