Job Duties Stock merchandise in assigned locations according to shelf allocations. Replace misplaced items and ensure products are located in the correct areas. Verify shelf labels for accuracy and report discrepancies. Utilize company scanning equipment to scan merchandise in and out as required. Rotate merchandise to maintain proper product organization and freshness. Clean, face, and straighten shelves to ensure an organized appearance. Maintain a clean and safe work area at all times. Properly remove and dispose of cardboard, packaging materials, and trash. Follow all company safety policies and procedures. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Experience Requirements Ability to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Evening Stocker. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
