Summary:

Best Version Media (BVM) is looking for a Social Media Manager to move beyond a standard posting schedule and lead our multi-channel social media strategy. In this role, you will leverage both organic and paid social campaigns to attract top Publisher talent, build advertiser confidence, and showcase BVM’s value across our communities. Sitting at the intersection of strategy, creative direction, and performance analytics, you will turn social engagement into measurable business growth.  

Responsibilities : 

• Set and execute multi-audience social strategies across Meta, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and other evidence-supported channels. 
• Partner with Publisher Acquisition to launch targeted paid campaigns that deliver qualified candidates into the recruiting funnel. 
• Author clear creative briefs for Design and Video teams, directing short-form video, graphics, and copy from concept through launch. 
• Build ready-to-use social content toolkits, local templates, and training calendars to support our field Publishers. 
• Curate a steady pipeline of Publisher success stories, advertiser proof, client testimonials, and event coverage. 
• Run continuous A/B tests and track channel metrics, conversion rates, and cost efficiency to optimize spend and content strategy. 
• Manage daily social interactions and collaborate with Communications on reputation management and sensitive announcements. 

Skills and Requirements:  

• 4+ years of experience leading organic and paid social campaigns for a brand or agency, including direct ad budget ownership. 
• Hands-on experience building and optimizing paid social campaigns on Meta, with LinkedIn experience strongly preferred. 
• Exceptional writing skills paired with the ability to concept, brief, and direct short-form video and visual assets. 
• Practical experience using social management, publishing, and analytics tools like Sprout Social, Hootsuite, HubSpot, or Google Analytics.

What will make you stand out:  

• Experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, candidate acquisition, or distributed sales models. 
• Background in supporting, enablement, or training for franchises, multi-location businesses, or independent contractors. 
• Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, CapCut, monday.com, and practical AI content tools. 
• Proven track record of translating channel analytics into actionable shifts in content, targeting, and budget allocation.
