Every day brings something different, and your expertise will directly impact the comfort and safety of the people we serve. Your day-to-day will include: * Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and air handlers * Safely and efficiently remove existing equipment prior to new system installation * Ensure proper airflow, electrical connections, refrigerant charging, and full system startup on every job * Adhere to all safety standards and local codes without exception * Maintain clean, organized job sites throughout the duration of every project * Communicate professionally and respectfully with homeowners and fellow team members * Complete installs with a focus on quality workmanship that minimizes callbacks and supports long-term system performance WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE We're looking for someone with real experience and a real work ethic. If this sounds like you, we want to hear from you: * Proven experience in HVAC/R installation, service, or a related construction/mechanical trade * Strong working knowledge of HVAC design principles, refrigeration cycles, plumbing systems, and appliance repair * Hands-on experience with welding, boiler maintenance, or property/equipment maintenance * Comfortable operating diagnostic tools — ohmmeters and similar equipment * Valid driver's license with a clean driving record * A problem-solver who can work independently in the field AND thrive as part of a team * Someone who takes pride in their work and their reputation THE BOTTOM LINE We are a family-owned business that has built our reputation one job and one relationship at a time.
